I have won Runner Up prizes three times on LEGO® Ideas, a challenge organized by LEGO® Group.
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by LEGO®.

I worked as a development engineer in the automotive industry for over 15 years and gained a lot of experience in designing plastic components.
Within years of experience in brick design, I specialize in designing custom LEGO® sets.
I also offer LEGO® Serious Play® coaching and teach the art of brick design

Spending years inside large international corporations, I saw firsthand how the biggest organizations tackle their toughest challenges. But something was always missing – the meetings were long, the whiteboards full, and yet the real breakthroughs rarely came from there.
