Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Corrections
The purchase contract is concluded with yourbrickdesign. By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. You may place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language and Storage
The language available for concluding the contract: English, German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and these Terms and Conditions in text form.

4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver digital products exclusively as electronic downloads. After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased files via a download link sent to your email address. There is no physical shipment. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal – Exclusion for Digital Products
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and checking the corresponding box at checkout, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

6. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit Card: Your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

  • PayPal: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Payment is processed immediately after placing the order.

  • Stripe: Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, 1 Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, D02 FX04, Ireland.

7. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional guarantees can be found on the respective product pages.

8. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
